Eight people were charged and detained for up to 72 hours in the Danube city of Ruse in connection with yesterday’s joint operation of Bulgaria’s Chief Directorate Combating Organized Crime and the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office, the Spokesperson of Bulgaria’s Chief Prosecutor Rumiana Arnaudova announced on Sunday.
