A Bulgarian-U.S. team has developed software to help women with breast cancer. The application is called DivaCare and installed on a phone or tablet is the easiest way to connect a patient and doctor.

This way, specialists give advice to their patients, nutrition instructions and exercise advice. The application also allows feedback to enable patients tell their doctors about the way they feel and about their progress in post-operative recovery process.

The DivaCare platform for women with breast cancer is currently only used in the United States. In Bulgaria, the team is still trying to find partners to work together with.
