Grigor Dimitrov starts with victory in London

Grigor Dimitrov registered his first victory in the final tournament of the men's tennis association.In the Pete Sampras group Bulgaria's top tennis player won with 6:3, 5:7 and 7:5 over Dominic Thiem, Austria. The Bulgarian reached this victory within 2 hours and 21 minutes. World No. 1 Rafael Nadal began his participation in the tournament with a loss from Belgian David Goffen and announced he is withdrawing from the finals because of an injury. Grigor Dimitrov will secure a place in the semi-finals if he defeats Goffen on Wednesday.
