Code Yellow for strong winds declared for 16 Bulgarian districts on Sunday

Code Yellow for strong winds was declared for 16 Bulgarian districts (Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Targovishte, Ruse, Razgrad, Dobrich, Shumen, Silistra, Varna, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Sliven)  on December 10, the National Institute of Meteorology and Hyndrology announced. Varna Port was closed earlier on Sunday due to wind gusts reaching 15-20 meters per second. People are advised to beware of flying objects and road debris.
