Gallup: Level of disapproval of Istanbul Convention in Bulgaria is high

The public effect of the debates about the Istanbul Convention is serious and the majority of the adult Bulgarians disapprove of the document, a research of Gallup International shows. 86% of the respondents have heard about the Istanbul Convention. 58% of them answered that Bulgaria must not ratify the convention and 19% believe that the Istanbul Convention must be ratified by this country. The rest of the respondents are undecided. Disapproval of the Istanbul Convention prevails in all social groups, the survey further reads.
