Bulgaria to receive help for building national airspace strategy

The Bulgarian Air Traffic Management Directorate has agreed with the International Air Transport Association (IAAT) to jointly develop and implement a national airspace strategy for Bulgaria. This happened during an official meeting between the Director General of Air Traffic Management, Georgi Peev, and the Regional Vice President of the International Air Transport Association Europe, Raphael Schwarzman. The strategy will include deepening coordination for more efficient routes at regional and interregional level, increasing capacity to ensure safety levels and improving flight timeliness.
