In 2017 Bulgaria’s gross domestic product saw a 3.6% increase as compared to the previous year, data of the National Statistical Institute shows. The nominal volume of the country’s GDP was at EUR 50.4 billion or EUR 7.099 per capita. The industry formed 28.3% of the GDP.
