PM Borissov presented to the Emir of Qatar the map of transport corridors 4, 8, 9 and 10 and informed him of his meetings at the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the European Investment Bank.

The Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani congratulated PM Borissov on the country’s Presidency of the Council of the EU and expressed confidence that it will be a success.

“We agreed that no more time must be wasted in discussions, that we must get down to work. That is why we discussed several steps that will bring our two countries closer, and more specifically in the sphere of investments,” said the Emir of Qatar.

Three memorandums on cooperation in power generation, education, and youth and sports were signed at a special ceremony during the meeting.
