As part of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU, Sofia is hosting a high-level conference today, to discuss the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF).
Günther Oettinger, European Commissioner for Budget and Human Resources is in the Bulgarian capital to attend the forum.
