They were developed as part of a project for the promotion of gourmet food and wine tourism in the cross-border region between the two countries under the Interreg-IPA Cross-border Cooperation Bulgaria-Turkey Programme 2014-2020.
The online platform transgourme.eu is trilingual and, as in the mobile application transgourmetour, includes detailed information about hotels, restraurants, wineries, bakeries, dairy farms, marketplaces and tourist centres in the cross-border region.
