Ludogorets moves forward in European tournaments, CSKA drops outs

Ludogorets FC has secured its place in the Europa League football playoff after a 1-1 draw with Bosnian Zrinski Mostar. The Bulgarians won the first home match with 1:0 and eliminated their opponents with a total of 2:1. In the next round of the tournament, which is the last before the group phase, Ludogrets will play versus Georgia’s champion Torpedo (Kutaisi), which lost 0-2 in a visit to the Albanian Kukësi but with a total score of 5:4 continues forward in the tournament. 

The other Bulgarian team CSKA ended its Euroleague participation this season after losing a rematch against Copenhagen FC with 1:2 in the third preliminary round of the Europa League and with a total result 2:4 dropped out of the race
