On September 5, 2018 at 3.30 pm Bulgarian time the President of India Ram Nath Kovind will give a public lecture at the Sofia University Saint Kliment Ohridski within the frameworks of his official visit to Bulgaria. The lecture will be themed “Education as an instrument of change and shared prosperity”. This is the first visit of high ranking Indian person to Bulgaria in the past 15 years. The event at the Sofia University coincides with the Teachers’ Day in India. This will be the only public event during the visit of the Indian President to Sofia. Visitors must be seated by 3 pm at the latest.
