Bulgaria can be key partner of India in defense and IT fields

Bulgaria and India have restored the high-level political dialogue after a 15 year gap. That is why the visit of the President of India to Sofia is important for the future cooperation between the two countries, Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said at a press conference after the meeting with India’s head of state Ram Nath Kovind. India is very important partner of Bulgaria, President Radev pointed out. Bulgaria can be key partner of India in the defense field and the IT sector, India’s President Kovind underlined. Bilateral documents in the fields of tourism, education, science, technologies and nuclear energy were signed in the presence of the two Presidents. Rumen Radev and Ram Nath Kovind discussed the possibility for a direct airline between Bulgaria and India.
