Dozens of Bulgarian parents of children with disabilities and many other citizens have once again protested in front of the Council of Ministers building in Sofia, despite an action plan signed yesterday by representatives of the government on the adoption of legislation changes concerning people with disabilities.

Protesters accused the prime minister of not fulfilling commitments; of the lack of real reforms, as well as of the lack of interest in effective and competent management.
