The potential of the Bulgarians abroad is huge and Bulgaria must use it, Vice President Iliana Yotova said in an interview for Focus agency. Focus asked Vice President Yotova how the policy for the Bulgarians abroad can turn into a national priority. In Iliana Yotova’s words, the policy for the Bulgarians abroad is a policy aimed at developing the Bulgarian nation and preserving the Bulgarian language and identity. Vice President Yotova contends that the young people can be motivated to return to Bulgaria, study in Bulgarian universities and work in this country. Bulgaria needs a more active lobby abroad, especially in Europe, Vice President Iliana Yotova commented.
