Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov is on a visit to Bulgaria. This has been the first official visit to Bulgaria by a foreign minister from Azerbaijan since 2008.
In the Bulgarian capital city, Bulgaria and Azerbaijan launched a Strategic Dialogue that has been identified as a natural continuation of excellent bilateral relations.
