Former Deputy Mayor of Sofia for Transport and Transport Communications Evgeni Krusev was served an indictment for malfeasance in connection with substandard repairs of the tramway track along the central Sofia street Graf Ignatiev which triggered widespread public outrage.
Pending trial, Krusev will have the obligation to register regularly at a police station.
