Premier Boyko Borissov holds phone conversation with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov talked with the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on the phone. The phone conversation was held at the request of the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. Borissov and Pompeo discussed bilateral cooperation in the security and defense fields. Bulgaria’s Premier Borissov and Mike Pompeo also discussed topics related to energy security and diversification, the European gas distribution center Balkan, as well as bilateral investments and relations. Boyko Borissov and Mike Pompeo also discussed the two-day working visit of the US Deputy Secretary of State John Sullivan to Bulgaria held last week. Premier Borissov pointed out that most of the topics discussed with John J Sullivan in Sofia have already found their solutions, the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency informs.
