The Bulgarian Orthodox Church and the other registered denominations will receive state subsidy based on the number of persons who identify themselves as belonging to the relevant denomination according to the census information of the National Statistical Institute. The subsidy will amount to EUR 5 per follower. The denominations will provide to the government a list of houses of prayer, temples and monasteries for religious use on an annual basis.
