The Bulgarian mobile application "Citizens" enables users to alarm responsible institutions not only about road violations, but also about urban problems such as potholes, abandoned cars, broken signs. The application can also be used for signals from institutions to citizens and is often used for announcing repair works. Todor Lilkov, one of the creators of the application has told the Bulgarian National Radio that at the end of the year the application was released in Croatia, Romania and the United States, as the ambition is to reach more countries.
