Weather conditions in Bulgaria deteriorate on Friday

The weather conditions in Bulgaria are expected to deteriorate on Friday. Snow storms, blizzards and strong winds are in today’s forecast. Code Orange was issued for Dobrich, Varna, Burgas and Sliven districts over expected winds of up to 30 meters per second. Heavy snowfall, strong wind and blizzards are forecasted for Blagoevgrad, Pazardzhik, Plovdiv, Smolyan, Kardzhali, Haskovo, Yambol and Burgas districts. Drivers are advised to abstain from travelling if their vehicles are not prepared for winter conditions.
