Deputy Premier Ekaterina Zaharieva: Bulgaria’s foreign policy must focus on economy

Bulgaria’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva met with the leadership of the Association of Honorary Consuls in Bulgaria. At the meeting Minister Zaharieva discussed possibilities for cooperation in the field of international economic relations. Bulgaria’s foreign policy must focus on economy. I always tell Bulgaria’s new ambassadors that economy is our country’s top priority. This can be done through culture and tourism, which would contribute to the development of the Bulgarian business, Ekaterina Zaharieva underlined. In her words, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been working actively towards improving visa services which will be of help of the Bulgarian business.
