Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova explained that the reactors which Bulgaria has already paid for are not old, that they were made using the most modern and safest technology. We have a site which is licensed, we have the majority of the licensing documents, so all relevant prerequisites are at hand to try to put the project through on market principles, Minister Petkova said.
