“Natsionalna Elektricheska Kompania” has sent an invitation to strategic investors for participation in the construction of Belene NPP on a market principle without state guarantees. The call also refers to a declaration of interest in acquiring a minority stake or purchasing electricity produced by the plant, the Ministry of Energy announced. Bulgaria reserves the right to a blocking quota and has in-kind contribution - a licensed construction site, available equipment, issued permits, licenses and other documents related to the project.
