“Without the participation of the Russian constructor and manufacturer of the equipment for the Belene NPP, there is no way the project can be carried out. For this reason one of the conditions to future investors in the nuclear capacity is for Rosatom to be involved in the project,” commented Energy Minister Temenuzhka Petkova. “We are yet to find out whether there will be a Belene nuclear power plant.
