Bulgaria will be represented by Premier Boyko Borissov at the extraordinary meeting of the European Council in Brussels today. Shortly before the sitting of the European Council the Bulgarian cabinet adopted a position which reads that Bulgaria would join a consensus for Brexit delay, if Great Britain supports such a request with clear arguments.
