Herro Mustafa nominated to be new U.S. ambassador to Bulgaria

Herro Mustafa has been nominated to become the new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to Bulgaria. The U.S. diplomat will replace Eric Rubin. Ms. Mustafa is currently Deputy Chief of Mission at the United States Embassy in Portugal. Previously, she served as Political Minister Counselor at the United States Embassy in India. Herro Mustafa had also served as Iran desk officer at the United States National Security Council.
