Bulgaria and North Macedonia likely to co-chair the Berlin Process next year

Bulgaria and North Macedonia will most likely co-chair the Berlin Process next year, this country’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva said in the Polish city of Poznan. Minister Zaharieva is attending the 2019 Western Balkans Summit in Poznan. The Berlin Process is a diplomatic initiative linked to the future enlargement of the EU which started in August 2014. The initiative includes Western Balkan countries, as well as some EU member states including Bulgaria.
