Bulgaria is afforded anopportunity of having information about the country uploaded to an online platform by the Chinese tourist corporation Ctrip, said President Rumen Radev after a meeting with Ctrip CEO Jane Sun at the company’s headquarters in Shanghai.

President Radev expressed gratitude for the opportunity Bulgaria is afforded of a free presentation by Ctrip, information that will reach millions of Chinese tourists.

“But we need to be much more active, to present information about package holiday services so as to raise the number of Chinese tourists,” the Bulgarian President commented. The number of tourists coming to Bulgaria from China is currently 27,000 a year, Rumen Radev said.
