For the second consecutive year, residents and guests of the Black Sea city of Varna will be able to watch an extravaganza of yachts sailing during full moon on the eve of the Day of Varna. The event will take place on August 14, 2019 from 8 pm to 11 pm in the Bay of Varna on the eve of the holiday of the city - August 15 - Holy Dormition of the Theotokos.
