An alley of Olympic glory with the images of all Bulgarian athletes who won Olympic gold medals was unveiled today in the coastal town of Sveti Vlas by the President of the Bulgarian Olympic Committee Stefka Kostadinova and Yordan Dinev, Chairman of Bulgarian Memory-Dinevi Brothers Foundation. The bas-reliefs of 48 Bulgarian athletes who won 52 Olympic gold medals were placed in the alley. Wrestler Nikola Stanchev won the first gold medal for Bulgaria in 1956 in Melbourne.
