Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania and Hungary signed today a letter demanding a revision of the new haulage rules, adopted by the European Parliament. In his words, the haulage rules have been changed so many times that they have already lost their original meaning. In their letter, the six EU member states point out that a detailed discussion, which takes into consideration the national specifics of all member states, including the ones situated along the EU external border, is necessary.
