Bulgaria will continue diversifying its gas sources and gas supply routes, this country’s Minister of Energy Temenuzhka Petkova said during her visit to the USA. Bulgaria will diversify 50% of its natural gas consumption by the end of 2020, Minister Petkova said. Bulgaria’s total gas consumption amounts to 3 billion cubic meters per year and half of this quantity (1.5 billion cubic meters) will come from Azerbaijan and supplies of liquefied natural gas.
