Premiers Boyko Borissov and Giuseppe Conte discuss spread of Covid-19 pandemic

Bulgaria’s Premier Boyko Borissov held a phone conversation with his Italian counterpart Giuseppe Conte to discus the Covid-19 pandemic. Premier Borissov voiced support and solidarity with Italy which is the most affected EU country. Boyko Borissov and Giuseppe Conte commented the effective measures adopted by the countries to contain the coronavirus pandemic. 

Premier Borissov told his counterpart that part of the Bulgarian industry quickly reorganized its business and shifted to manufacture of high-quality protective clothing, face-protection masks and helmets. Today, Bulgaria is sending 100 pieces of protective clothing to neighboring North Macedonia, Premier Borissov pointed out.
