The National Assembly holds an extraordinary session today to approve final changes to the Energy Act. The purpose of the changes is to regulate the way households and businesses would receive reimbursement of payments for gas and heating on the regulated market because of lower prices. It is expected to be made clear how 22.5 million euros that the industry paid in advance will be returned. Amendments to the Non-Profit Legal Entities Law, as well as the Defense and Armed Forces Act will also be voted on.
