Expenses of Bulgarians go up

From 2010 to 2019, Bulgarians' expenditures on healthcare and transport have increased twice. Expenses for taxes and social security contributions have tripled, national statistical data show. Last year, the average household tax and social security costs amounted to 410 euros, an increase of 11% compared to 2018. In 2019, the increase is 4.9%. 

On average, every Bulgarian in 2019 spent € 193 on healthcare. Compared to 2018, the increase is 23.3%. 
1/3 of household income went to food.
