50 new cases of Covid-19 in Bulgaria in past 24 hours

The National Crisis Headquarters announced in a morning briefing on Wednesday that there were 50 new cases of Covid-19 infection registered in Bulgaria during the past day, as 20 of these people were hospitalized.

In Sofia, the number of new cases is 13, while in Plovdiv it is 11, concentrated in 2 families. The active areas where the cases of infection have been discovered are 11.

Thus, the total number of cases of infection registered in Bulgaria are 1437, out of which 1134 are still active. 3 patients passed away in the past day and the total number of deaths has reached 61.
