Covid-19 crisis gives impetus to digital communication with the administration

The peak visits in the Secure Electronic Delivery System, which allows citizens to send and receive electronic documents to and from public authorities, natural and legal persons, exceeded 100 per minute, the State e-Government Agency announced. In April citizens submitted over 70,000 applications for electronic services via the system, whereas in March their number amounted to 20,000 only. Over 33,000 users created a personal profile in April and the total number of registered users in the system reached 58,600.
