The construction sector continues to function in full gear despite the state of emergency in Bulgaria. It became clear at a meeting between Premier Boyko Borissov, this country’s Deputy Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Nikolay Nankov and representatives of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber.
