Residents of Bansko resort test negative for Covid-19

115 residents of Bansko municipality tested positive for Covid-19 antibodies after the mass testing for the novel coronavirus. A total of 2,250 people were tested for Covid-19 with rapid tests in the past month. At the discretion of the health authorities, some residents were tested with PCR tests. The results of the PCR tests are negative, Bansko Municipality announced today. The mass testing of the residents of Bansko began immediately after the end of the fourteen-day quarantine in the Bulgarian resort.

The Bulgarian mountain resort Bansko which is famous as year-round sports and tourist destination is already preparing for the summer season in compliance with the recommended sanitary measures.
