The traffic at the Kulata border checkpoint on the border between Bulgaria with Greece remains extremely heavy, as the queue of cars is about five kilometers long, and that of heavy trucks - about ten kilometers, BTA reports.

There is an additional delay in the entry of Serbian citizens into Greece, as they are third-country nationals. Every Serbian citizen needs to declare orally to the Greek police their address of residence in Greece and most of them are tested for Covid-19.

Due to the heavy traffic at the Kulata-Promachonas border crossing, Bulgaria's Border Police recommends that travellers to Greece should use the border checkpoints Ilinden, Makaza, Kapitan Petko Voyvoda and Ivaylovgrad.
