Tax authorities launch inspections at Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast

The National Revenue Agency, the State Agency for National Security and the General Directorate Combating Organized Crime have begun inspections at Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast today. The campaign of the National Revenue Agency is aimed at compliance with tax and social security legislation, the spokesperson of the National Revenue Agency office in Burgas Hristo Uzunov specified. The focus will be on hotels, restaurants and temporary tourist sites. There will be open observations of various retail outlets and inspections based on the mystery shopping method. The authorities will check turnover, taxes, cash receipts, fiscal memory devices and job contracts of seasonal workers.
