On the instructions of Deputy Premier and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zahrieva, the Bulgarian Embassy in London sent a diplomatic note to the British cabinet to demand an explanation why Bulgaria is excluded from the list of countries for which travel restrictions and mandatory quarantine will be lifted as of July 10.
