After the Anti-Corruption Fund lodged a complaint over the implied refusal to provide information, the Administrative Court in Sofia ordered Health Minister Kiril Ananiev to make available two contracts concluded with the China National Pharmaceutical Group Corporation for the delivery of face masks and ventilators at a total cost of EUR 4.6 million.

According to the Anti-Corruption Fund the decision, which is not subject to appeal, is from 25 June but Minister Kiril Ananiev has not complied with it. The court decision notes that the public is entitled to being provided with as detailed information as is possible which will guarantee transparency in public spending.
