By order, coordinated by the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Health, foreign citizens taking part or organizing international sports competitions are allowed entry into Bulgaria.
Whatever the initial point of departure they will not be subject to 14-day quarantine upon arrival in Bulgaria, if necessary, they shall present a negative PCR test. This will allow for the holding, under the same conditions for the participants, of UEFA and FIFA football matches, as well as competitions in other kinds of international sports.
