President Radev discusses need for amendments to Constitution with experts

Bulgaria's Head of State Rumen Radev has discussed the need for changes in the Constitution with members of the president's legal council. Radev has pointed out that the lack of sufficient guarantees for an independent and efficient judiciary poses dangers to the development of Bulgaria as a democratic and modern state, according to the press office of the institution.

Among the highlights of the meeting was the need to strengthen guarantees for the protection of citizens' rights.
