This morning Sofia has three blocked intersections, after tonight the participants in the anti-government protests rebuilt the blockade in front of Sofia University. The tent camps on Eagles' Bridge and the crossroads in front of the Council of Ministers also remain intact.
A protest rally demanding the resignation of the government starts this morning at 10 am from the square in front of the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral downtown Sofia. It will pass along the Trakia highway to Pazardzhik and back. Organizer of the rally is the "Together" Movement. Another protest, organized by the MIR party, was convened in front of the building of the Council of Ministers with a request for machine voting in the parliamentary elections, BNR reporters inform.
The protests and the blockade of the crossroads in front of the municipality in Varna continue. The tourism business has called on the protesters not to block boulevards in the middle of the tourist season, BNT reports.
In Blagoevgrad, a scandal was caused by a video on social media, showing how protesters store sound equipment and flags in the municipal building after a protest, BNT reports. The signal was submitted by municipal councilors of GERB
