Bulgarian state guarantees working capital loans for tourist sector

Unsecured working capital loans of up to EUR 150,000 will be granted by 8 commercial banks, which have already signed an agreement with the Bulgarian Development Bank - BDB, the executive director of the state treasury Panayot Filipov has announced. 

At a meeting with Bulgaria's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Tourism Mariana Nikolova and representatives of the tourism sector, Filipov said that they would send detailed instructions to the companies on how to apply.
The Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency will provide commercial risk insurance coverage for those 20% of own participation that are required of companies when receiving loans, it was announced at the meeting.
