Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev has made an address to the National Assembly and the nation. It happened amidst protests held in front of the National Assembly building. Before entering the National Assembly building President Radev was greeted by protesters who shouted resignation. President Radev called on the MPs not to support an expert cabinet within the current National Assembly and reject the amendments to the electoral code proposed by the ruling coalition.
