Bulgaria’s ambassador to North Macedonia Angel Angelov donated medical equipment and food packages to the mayor of Tetovo Teuta Arifi.
“We are donating 14 protective suits which can be re-used 50 times. That means 700 work days for the doctors at the front line. We are offering humanitarian aid for food to 30 families. We have been discussing ways to continue our cooperation in future in connection with the day centre for children with autism as a way of showing our solidarity with the people and the children facing this problem,” Angel Angelov said.
Mayor Arifi stressed that the positive gesture by the embassy is important in difficult times, such as the Covid-19 crisis.
